Well, after a lot of talking and thinking, with Jessie, we decided to let Chase go to a new home. He was a little to high maintance. Since he was Jessie's dog we agreed to letting her get a rabbit; however, we didn't think we would be getting one as soon as we did. It just so happened that one had been dumped off at the shelter in Elko and a friend of ours just happened to be down there when they were checking him in. So, anyhow, we now have a Rex rabbit. They have extremely soft fur and are a medium sized rabbit. He seems like he had a good home but for whatever reason he wasn't wanted anymore. He is a very nice rabbit; loves to run around the living room, very playful and is getting used to being held alot. He loves apples, leaf lettuce and hay plus his little bunny treats that Jessie bought him; and what his name, you may be wondering..........Alex! This name popped into Jessie's head and it stuck.
As you can see...he is white-albino to be exact.
He loves his time out of the cage.
I want in the picture too!
Not sure the red eye setting on the camera works on an albino?
"Missy" almost ready for bed. She's watching Strawberry Shortcake. She loves Alex too and wants a bunny instead of a dog. I highly recommend it-they're cheaper and don't require as much attention. They are more fragile though ,and need to be handled under supervision.
