Where the Deer and the Antelope Play

The girls and I got to spend this past week in Rawlins, WY for a much needed, relaxing break with some of my best friends ever. In someways, the area is similar to Northern Nevada but its a higher elevation and the amount of wildlife that is supports is amazing. There are antelope everywhere you look and a lot of deer-even in the neighborhood.

These does and fawns where right across the rode from where we were staying. They eventually all bedded own in the front yard not to concerned about anything.

We took a drive to go see some of the country and of course lots of pronghorns.

Aspen trees-it was pouring down rain! but we had lots of fun anyways.

Your pictures are absolutely awesome. So beautiful to see God's creation, even around houses! I've had bad experiences in Rawlins, so this was definitely a help in remedying that. ;) Glad you all had such a good time.
